Cancellation Policy:

I understand plans can change. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, contact me as soon as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled within 2 Days of the original date.

Late Arrivals:

If you're running late, please let me know. While I'll do my best to accommodate, late arrivals may affect the duration of your appointment.

Payment Policy:

Von Hair accepts all payment methods. A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice may result in a full-service fee.
